Ok i really wish more people spoke of “off” when talking about lynchian media. Sitting and staring at the title screen after the ending has rolled gave me the same feeling after i finished watching eraserhead for the first time. I will not go into spoilers but there’s a really cool recontextualization at the very end that makes everything click. All the bizarre events that seem just to have no relevance to the overarching plot in the moment   loosely hint towards this recontextualization and once it happens everything clicks. Very cool game. 

the puzzles were fun too, probably not everybody’s cup of tea. The puzzles often felt like busy work…. And I’m a sucker for busy work. reminded me of some of the weaker silent hill puzzles. 

i always appreciate anything that’s got a similar vibe to eraserhead. Feel like there’s not much like it so whenever anything gives me that same tickle i can look past things that would ordinarily peeve me off. 

Hope you all have been well. i have been chilling. Got job interviews trying to lock in. Need to make some money but don’t we all. haven’t been doing the best at being in touch with those I love. I really feel detached from things right now but like it’s just how it is right now. I’ll figure it out lol
